Sign up for the Young Investigator Workshop at ESCMID Global 2026

Ecraid’s Young Investigator Workshop returns to ESCMID Global for the fifth year. In Munich, our early-career collaborators will share valuable experience from their work on innovative trial design, machine learning, building a/your own network, or the role of data in pandemic preparedness. Are you up for an hour of knowledge-exchange?

The Young Investigator Workshop allows early-career scientists to learn from their peers working on several ambitious studies that have enrolled almost 12,000 patients across a dozen countries. Its fifth edition will take place at ESCMID Global in Munich, on Sunday, April 19, at 09:30 CEST in room 2 (ICM Ground Floor) of the Messe Munich Exhibition & Congress Center. The event, organised by Ecraid and ESCMID and supported by the EU-funded ECRAID-Base project, will be streamed live on ESCMID’s virtual congress platform.

This workshop is a chance to share and learn from peers about the evolving world of clinical research, focusing on real, practical insights. It is a fantastic opportunity to share experiences from working within Ecraid with a wider audience, particularly early-career researchers, encouraging them to innovate and make an impact in their fields.

Advance registration is required. Onsite participation is open to ESCMID Global 2026 Onsite Attendance Ticket holders only. The live stream is available to both Onsite and Online Attendance Ticket holders.
